I think you are an idiot!!!!! I'm sure you never went to war, nor even in the military!!!!!!!!!! People say I do (defend this country). There hasn't been a draft in several years, so don't give for the children crap!!!!!! If you want to see a dead picture of a soldier who defending his buddies and his country, get your lazy A$$ on a plane and land in Iraq, or other place down range. I would be the first to laugh when I see a picture of you and your head cut off by a ali mee balkii. Military should never let the civi's (on dependents)in a room where a diehard soldier paid the ultimate price, so you can post stupid comments and jump on the Sean penn bandwagon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to the countries and then you can voice an opinion that I care to hear.
Here is a comment for you two… YEA HOOOOOOOOOOOOS

That is your right to beleive it is ok and I respect that but what useful purpose other than the news desire to sensationaize this process. Leave the returning remains in peace. If you want to show gratitude support the organizations that help those wounded in combat on their road to recovery
This man has already lied, proves he is not an honest man. So I don't trust him. President George W. Bush was and is an honorable man and I am grateful he served us for the last 8 years. Thank you Mr. Bush!

you're an idiot.
h2o, you do realize that each State and city is responsible for having their own disaster relief plans in place, do you not? It was proven that Louisiana as well as the city of New Orleans had not planned properly. Items such as the evac transportation was all written down on paper, but had never been properly coordinated. Also, emergency back up supplies such as water, food, blankets, meds, etc.....were also not accounted for. Another point is this, by law, our Federal gov't is not allowed to enter any State without the express request of said State's Governor....that did not happen properly either. In fact, it is on record that the Bush administration actually contacted the Governor prior to go ahead and offer help and begin the early stages of coordination, but the State said they were fine. Now, fast forward to what actually happened and it becomes very difficult to get help into a place when the necessary equipment/manpower was not already there. If you have never been a part of a huge disaster response, then you have no idea of the level of coordination required or the level of difficulty encountered to conduct these operations and it becomes very easy to "armchair quarterback" with your 20/20 hindsight.
It has become all too chic to just blame the Bush administration for everything wrong in our country and the world, but the interesting thing will be what you same people (that absolve everyone else such as the Gov. of LA and the Mayor or N.O.0 of their responsibilities and blame Bush) are going to do if Obama wins the Presidency. Because then, you will have a Dem Pres. supported by a Dem controlled Congress and who will be around to take the blame when fuel prices stay high, the housing market is still what it is, and the Muslim world still hates us.
Too bad Michelle Odrama wasn't impressed with Hillary. She did not have that ear to ear smile she so totally gave the world yesterday. She even looked "angry and not impressed". Hillary's speech was all about "Hillary". I think she just laid the platform for the next coming election. I don't remember her saying that Obama would make a good president. In her speech she said she was talking about being an American and a mother but never mentioned being a wife. HMMMMM.

I couldn't agree with you more! I too voted for Hillary in the Primary but as time went on, I saw how she and Bill were running the worst most despicable negative personal attacks on Obama that it just made me sick. I now am behind Obama 100%. He truly has class as well as integrity and has enough sense to stop and think before he would put us in a war.
Now, about McCain: (1) Even W said McCain's POW years more or less warped his brain and with his gaffes you can see that but it also could be dementia setting in given his age. (2) Everyone knows he's got a hot temper and can fly off the handle. (3) he is ultra rich...do you think he will help the middle class, or will he help himself and big corp. get richer??
The bottom line is would you want McCain as our president who would not be able to think clearly and most likely get us yet into another war when his temper flairs up??? Not me!
always fought for the average working man?
Are you kidding? He's never cared about the average working man, ever. He's about maintaining power and using the average working man to vote for him.
He's a liar, a drunk, and got away with involuntary manslaughter years ago.
And all he's done is talk about "helping" people, but in the end just keeping the people that he's supposed to be helping "in their place".
He is the ultimate hypocrite, a multi-millionaire that wants middle Americans to pay for his programs while he contributes nothing.— RogerM
Carolyn Kennedy talks about how 2 men changed her life...Ted Kennedy and Barack Obama. Yes, Ted Kennedy is a real life changer. Ask Mary Jo Kopechne...oh wait, you can't because he killed her....
